As part of his pursuit of excellence in orthopaedic surgery, Dr. Dadhich underwent advanced fellowship training in South Korea, Seoul under the mentorship of Dr. Jae Chung. This specialized fellowship focused on Minimally Invasive Total Knee Replacement (MIS-TKR) and Arthroscopic Surgery, providing extensive exposure to cutting-edge surgical techniques aimed at faster recovery, reduced postoperative pain, and improved patient satisfaction.

He further completed a prestigious Fellowship in Joint Replacement Surgery at Sunshine Hospitals under the guidance of Dr. Gurava Reddy, one of India's pioneers in arthroplasty. This advanced training strengthened his expertise in primary and complex joint replacement procedures.

Clinical Expertise & Professional Journey

Dr. Dadhich's professional journey began with his medical education (MBBS) in 2005 from Ahmednagar, followed by internship training at the renowned King Edward Memorial Hospital, Mumbai.

Early in his career, he gained significant experience in trauma care, emergency medicine, and the management of critically ill patients. His interest in system-based healthcare also led him to contribute to the development and implementation of emergency response and trauma-care programs across multiple healthcare institutions, helping improve preparedness and patient outcomes during medical emergencies.

He subsequently pursued postgraduate training in Orthopaedics at BLK-Max Super Speciality Hospital, Delhi. His thesis research evaluated the outcomes of unicondylar knee replacement, reflecting an early academic interest in joint preservation and arthroplasty.

Following completion of his postgraduate training, he served as Senior Resident at Max Hospital, where he further developed expertise in managing a broad spectrum of orthopaedic and trauma conditions.
